Today was the most exiting of my life I actually saved someone’s life today! The one person I saved was a youngster that I have seen so many times before here in my front yard, this youngster is Jem Finch son of Atticus Finch. It was my first time outside and I loved it because I go to see people and actually speck to them. This event was rather unfortunate because what I did to save Jem’s life was that I had to bring him home after he encountered a sever beating, by the man known as Bob Ewell. Well I saw Bob Ewell with a knife cleched to his body I thought he was dead! Well anyways what I did was saw a huge costume on the floor and I saw Jem and Bob Ewell on the floor, so I took Jem to His home and I sat their in the corner of Jems room waiting with his father Atticus for the arrival of Dr. Reynolds. We waited and we heard his car drive by but what I didn’t notice was scout the little girl. Where was she? She said that she was on the floor very dizzy and she walked home right behind me, I feel so sorry that I did not walk her home she was probably sacred out of her mind! Well now I know what truly happened because scout told Mr. Heck Tate that she and he brother were walking down the school and when they heard something they stopped and that sound stopped, so they were scared to death and decided to run home, but they got jumped by something or someone. Ooh if I would have gotten their sooner I might have prevented this event from happening. Well as soon as Scout got to her feet she said she was son dizzy that she did not have a clue about what just happened! Well when she got up she said that she followed me back home because she saw that I had Jem. Well turns out that Jem got a broken arm and a few bad bruises and bad bumps. I hope he gets so much better I wish I would have gone their sooner to prevent it, well all we can do is hope for the best and hope that Jem gets a lot better and plenty of rest. Well after all of this we waited in the room and we all then shifted to the porch to talk, I didn’t relly want to heir the conversation so all I wanted to do was say goodbye to Jem and Scout. And that is what I did I said goodbye and I had the guts to ask Scout to take me home she said with pleasure! So I started of and she held my hand I was feeling love for once in my life I actually smelled love in the air, I released he hand and turned the door I wanted to say goodbye but I just walked in. I had the best night of my life but I truly hope that Jem gets better. It is actually fun to do something for other people! I loved doing something for other people it made me feel good. I hope I have another one of those nights again excepted I would like for nobody to get hurt, especially one of the Finch children! Well goodbye to everybody in Maycomb it will be my last and final goodbye to everyone, I love the County of Maycomb but I just whish to stay longer but I cant, so goodbye good friends I will miss you all.

Well, a lot has happened in Maycomb this past year and few seasons. Some events have been very hectic and some have been pleasant. Here is a recap of some interesting things that have taken place: The kids started school, Ms. Maudie's house burned down, Dill ran away to here in Maycomb, Mayella and Bob Ewell insist that Tom Robinson raped Mayella, Tom was shot by the guards of a prison and died, Bob threatened Atticus, The kids are growing up mighty fast, Bob died as he tried to kill Atticus'...

Its been a couple of days since my run away from home. Im not to sure how and what i'm suppost to be doing because school is in for Jem and Scout still and i dont even know if I can attend school with them. so i've kinda been hidding till everone has gottin out of school. I feel like i've been a big birdin for the Finch's but the say im not so it make me a little less shy towards things now that im stay here in Maycomb.

My goodness, Maycomb County is jam-packed today! There are people comin' in from towns that are not that close, and people who hardly ever come in are ridin' in on their wagons. The roads are full of people and the courthouse square is unbelieveably packed. There are children, women and men sitting on the grass picnicing and waiting for the court to open so they can go watch the Tom Robinson case, poor guy. I'm not plannin' on goin' to the courtcase. I dont wanna see any criminals.

I've been planning to run away for a while because of the way my step-father care for me. I've not been able to do much I have always been stuck in my basement and now I'm feed up. When I got back to Maycomb I tried hidding in the finches' house. I ended up getting caught and had to explaned to Scout and Jem what and why I was there. Last night I got the most pleasent surprise! After I was really mad at Jem to the point that I hit him and Atticus sent us to bed I found someone under my bed! At first I thought he was a snake but after calling Jem over to check under my bed, Dill came out! I could not believe that Dill was back in Maycomb, after that letter he sent me I thought that he would never return to Maycomb! Dill said that he had returned Meridian because his new step dad was not what he expected. He was really evil...

I have respect for Aunt Alexandria but I disagree with her point of calling children who sneak out in the night a 'disgrace'. Of course I wish to not hear about the children sneaking out anymore but last night it was a good thing they did.
